Physical merchandise is sold through the Heather Lauren Books checkout and is produced to order by an independent fulfillment partner, Printful. By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected items. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order where permitted by law, including because of product availability, an apparent pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or an inability to fulfill the order. If an order is cancelled after payment is captured, any appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Prices, taxes, and shipping charges displayed at checkout apply to the order at the time it is placed, unless a manifest error is identified. Product images are illustrative; colors and placement may vary slightly because of screen settings and made-to-order production processes. Please review product descriptions, sizing information, selections, and delivery details before ordering.
The Return & Refund Policy explains the process for physical-merchandise claims, including requests involving damage, defects, material misprints, or incorrect items. Because merchandise is produced to order, routine returns and exchanges for a change of mind, a selected size, or a preferred color are not offered except where applicable law requires otherwise.
