Physical merchandise purchased through the Heather Lauren Books checkout is made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Books and ebooks linked from this site are purchased from Amazon and are not shipped by Heather Lauren Books.
Most made-to-order items take approximately 2–5 business days to be produced before they ship. For standard domestic shipping in the United States, delivery commonly takes an additional 3–4 business days after fulfillment. International delivery time depends on destination and carrier service. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; carrier disruption, product availability, high order volume, customs, or other events can cause delays.
Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Items in a single order may ship separately when they require different packaging or are fulfilled from different locations. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number and delivery date.
When Printful ships an order, the fulfillment status and tracking number are sent to Shopify. Customers who use the store’s shipping-notification emails will receive shipping information after fulfillment. Please allow carrier scans time to update.
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you need an address correction, contact us immediately at authorheatherlauren@gmail.com. We may be able to update an order while it is still in fulfillment, but an address cannot be changed once an order has shipped. If an order must be resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply.
